As Head of Advisory, you will lead a teamof two pre‑sales professionals (Advisors) and act as a strategic partner to our global sales organization. Reporting to the VP Revenue Operations, your mission is to empower prospects throughout their buying journey by delivering expert guidance on technology and employee benefits strategies. This role combines leadership, process development, and hands‑on involvement in complex enterprise opportunities, ensuring Benifex remains a trusted advisor in the market.

Approximately 70–80% of the role focuses on opportunity support, while 20–30% is dedicated to strategy and leadership.

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Advisory (Pre‑Sales) team in alignment with business objectives.

• Lead, coach, and develop a multinational team of pre‑sales professionals (currently two team members: one in Sweden and one in the UK), fostering collaboration and high performance.

• Establish and continuously improve processes, tools, and best practices for pre‑sales engagement.

• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, supporting complex international opportunities with tailored solutions and proposals.

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide solution design to showcase Benifex’s platform capabilities.

• Advise on technical aspects such as integrations, APIs, data flows, and security considerations.

• Provide strategic consulting on employee benefits programs to help customers design impactful solutions.

• Support RFI/RFP responses and contribute to pricing and contract negotiations.
