We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Used Car Manager to join our growing dynamic team. This is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical skills and industry knowledge.

• Manage Group used car team (administrator and team of buyers)
• Manage Group used stock - purchases, internal transfers, aged stock, disposals, damage claims
• Purchasing of used stock for all sites
• Manage all used buying platforms and systems
• Manage the Group used processes to maintain consistency, data quality and best practice
• Manage used marketing and online presence – photo quality, content and advert performance
• Liaise with external accounts for advertising and systems
• Liaise with finance companies and manage commercial terms
• Oversee write-downs on demonstrators and aged stock
• Produce reporting to review performance & KPI’s, including DOC and stock management
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns
• Drive best practice and performance through regular site visits
