The Role:

Leading by Example

This isn't just an office job; it's a role for someone who loves to be where the action is. You'll lead our Estates Team and Minibus drivers, balancing professional leadership with a practical, "hands‑on" approach. Whether you are coordinating contractors, overseeing safety checks on our Civica system, or helping the team with site maintenance, your work ensures our college remains a top‑tier place to learn.

What You'll Bring
  • Leadership: A "can‑do" attitude and the ability to mentor and bring out the best in your team.
  • Reliability: A background in general building maintenance and a valid UK Driver's Licence.
  • Spirit: A flexible approach and the resilience to handle the variety that comes with a busy college campus.

  • Salary: £32,198 per annum
  • Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • Balance: To keep our site running smoothly, this role includes a routine shift pattern, which involves working one in every six weekends.
  • Great Benefits: Local Government Pension Scheme, free on‑site parking, and access to employee assistance and counselling services.
