Electrical Project Manager / Senior Electrical Project Manager - M&E Building Services

£65,000 - £80,000 + Car or Car Allowance and Benefits Package

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager, Senior Electrical Project Manager, or Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded M&E Building Services contractor delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, and fit-out sectors.

The business is seeking a strong, delivery-focused individual capable of taking full ownership of projects and leading from the front. Candidates currently operating as an Electrical Contracts Manager with hands-on project delivery responsibility are also encouraged to apply.

As Electrical Project Manager / Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion and final account.

Projects typically range from £200k to £5m and include both new build and refurbishment works. This role will suit an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager who is comfortable managing multiple projects and overseeing site teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Managing electrical building services projects from pre-construction to completion
• Full ownership of programme, quality, cost control, and commercial performance
• Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
• Coordinating site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Attending client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health and safety standards
• Working closely with mechanical counterparts to ensure coordinated M&E delivery
• Providing leadership across multiple projects where required

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Senior Electrical Project Manager, or Electrical Contracts Manager within M&E Building Services
• Strong background delivering electrical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Technically and commercially astute
• Demonstrates stability and longevity in previous roles
• Confident leading site teams and representing the business in client meetings
• Based within a sensible commuting distance of the South Coast and comfortable with regional travel
