About

The Role ?
Inn this role, you would be responsible for overseeing the operational and commercial performance of the studio, including team leadership, workforce planning, resource coordination, and budget management. You will be providing strategic direction and leadership on complex projects and growth initiatives. A key focus is driving business growth through client engagement, spotting growth opportunities and overseeing effective bids and tenders across the South-West region.

Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead the development of compelling design concepts, secure new commissions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Additionally, they will play an active role in expanding the project pipeline across local government, education, commercial, and related sectors, supporting both single-discipline and integrated multidisciplinary opportunities.

About You?
I am looking for an ARB Registered Senior Architect who has experience leading teams and delivering complex projects nationally. The ideal candidate will combine strong design and technical skills with the ability to lead projects through all stages of delivery. I am looking for people with a proven track record in bid and tender preparation, alongside the confidence to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders, is essential.

This role will require applicants to have access to their own car with a clean UK driving license in order to deliver projects across the South West and meet national teams. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is also a requirement. Due to the nature of the projects, I am also looking for applicants who would be able to pass security clearance delivered by the UKSV.
