This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing business supplying into industries including aerospace, Formula One, engineering, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas and manufacturing.

Our client operates within the metal industry, a stable, essential and growing market with huge long‑term opportunities. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who already has some leadership experience and is ready to step into a bigger role with more responsibility and progression.

You’ll be joining a busy warehouse and logistics operation where you’ll help lead a 3‑man team, improve performance and play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the site.

This role would suit someone with 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or operational environment who wants real career development and the opportunity to grow into senior leadership.

You don’t need to know everything already; attitude, drive and leadership potential are just as important as experience.

• Supporting the day‑to‑day management of warehouse and logistics operations
• Leading, motivating and developing warehouse staff
• Managing stock movement, dispatch and operational workflows
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Helping improve efficiency, service levels and team performance
• Building strong working relationships across the business
• Supporting training and onboarding of team members
• Maintaining high health & safety standards
• Taking ownership of operational challenges and helping drive solutions

• 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory or team management experience
• Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or fast‑paced operational environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence managing different personalities and motivating teams
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems
• High energy, ambition and a positive attitude
