TLP Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Regional Business Manager to lead our South Coast operation and help shape the next phase of growth across regional temporary and permanent recruitment services.

With an established client base, loyal customers and strong foundations already in place, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, drive revenue growth and further develop a successful team.

This is a role for a builder
, not a caretaker.

We're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships, growing revenue and leading from the front.

You’ll lead, coach and develop an established recruitment team whilst developing future talent and leadership capability.

• Previous recruitment leadership experience
• Strong business development capability
• Proven revenue growth and client development track record
• Experience with in temporary recruitment, permanent recruitment or both
• Commercial awareness, ambition and leadership capability
• Full UK driving licence is essential

Experience with in logistics, driving, industrial, transport or supply chain recruitment would be advantageous, although applications from successful recruitment leaders in other sectors are welcomed.
