Sales Supervisor

I am looking for a Sales Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business within the plastics and polythene sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with strong leadership skills to take the next step in their career, managing and developing a growing internal sales team.

Sales Supervisor

Location:
Southampton (on-site)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

• Yearly bonus £300 - £1,000
• 20 days holiday + bank
• Pension contribution: 3%

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of up to 7+ staff (Account Managers and Customer Service)
• Develop, coach and mentor the internal sales team
• Set direction, monitor performance and review KPIs
• Drive additional growth across existing accounts
• Work closely with wider teams to improve customer service and commercial output
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales supervisory or team leader role
• Knowledge of plastics / polythene products ideal
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercially aware with a focus on growth and performance
• Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and drive results
