Registered Manager Children's Residential Home

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager who is looking to step up to support the effective leadership of a child-centred residential home that is currently home to 2 children. This role is key to ensuring the home consistently meets Ofsted regulations, delivers high-quality care, and promotes positive outcomes for children.

Working as the Manager, you will help maintain a safe, nurturing, and stable environment, underpinned by therapeutic practice and strong safeguarding principles.

Key Responsibilities

· Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in line with legislation and best practice

· Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team to deliver consistently high standards of care

· Contribute to care planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance

· Participate in the on-call rota when required
 
Requirements

· Minimum 2 year's experience in a children's residential management role

· Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and quality assurance

· Hold a either a Level 3 NVQ or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management

· Profficient in de-escalation of challenging behaviours

· Full UK driving licence

Working hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only) however this may vary in accordance with the needs of the home.
