Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Southampton branch, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting branch targets. You’ll manage the trade counter and warehouse, promote a safe working environment, and coach a small team to maximise performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership style, commercial acumen, a valid driving licence (forklift licence preferred with training), and good IT literacy. Full training will be provided.
