We are working with a leading multidisciplinary built environment firm with offices globally to appoint their next studio lead in Southampton. The firm combines technical expertise, technology, and strategic insight to solve complex challenges and create sustainable, long-term value. It has a multidisciplinary team of consultants, designers, engineers, and project professionals, committed to delivering excellence, improving communities, and helping shape a better future for people and the planet.

• Oversee the operational and commercial performance of the Southampton studio.
• Lead the team, workforce planning, resource coordination, and budget management.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership on complex projects and growth initiatives.
• Drive business growth through client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and oversee bids and tenders across the South-West region.
• Lead development of compelling design concepts, secure new commissions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Expand the project pipeline across local government, education, commercial, and related sectors, supporting both single-discipline and integrated multidisciplinary opportunities.

• ARB Registered Senior Architect with experience leading teams and delivering complex projects nationally.
• Strong design and technical skills with the ability to lead projects through all stages of delivery.
• Proven track record in bid and tender preparation and the confidence to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Access to own car with a clean UK driving license to meet projects across the South West.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to pass security clearance delivered by the UK Security Vetting (UKSV) process.
