We Are Swim in the UK is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Lead to shape our people strategy across the region. You will lead planning, delivery, and quality of teaching, while mentoring teams and supporting recruitment and training to drive customer excellence.
This is a regional role with national travel, hybrid working with some head office presence. 40 hours per week, salary 32–35k GBP, Newcastle Upon Tyne-based with UK-wide impact.
