They’re launching a brand-new division in Poland and expanding rapidly across Europe’s luxury residential market.

To make it happen, they’re looking for a Senior European Projects Lead - someone who can take ownership of cross‑border, high‑end residential schemes and help build a new arm of the business from the ground up.

• Leading luxury residential projects across multiple European locations
• Helping win new work and overseeing delivery to meticulous standards
• Managing UHNWI clients with confidence and professionalism
• Representing the brand and selling the value of a top‑tier contractor
• Helping grow a new division set to scale significantly over the next 3‑5 years

• Experience delivering high‑end or super prime residential projects
• Strong client‑facing ability – able to build trust with UHNWIs
• Commercial awareness with the ability to help win work
• Appetite for travel and cross‑border project leadership
• A senior‑level mindset – capable of shaping a new European arm

• Strong six‑figure package for the right person
