Lettings Agent Annual Basic Salary: £30,000 Realistic Earnings (including commission): £55,000 - £60,000

Day-to-day duties of the role:
Deliver exceptional lettings expertise to ensure the best service to customers. Manage your business’s profitability and drive business development. Generate new leads and boost business performance. Motivate, inspire, and manage your team through coaching and morning meetings. Successfully list properties, advising landlords on achieving the best rental prices. Keep up with market trends to become an expert in your field.

Work closely with your team to ensure properties match tenants perfectly. Required Skills &
