Sales Team Leader

Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader, Contact Centre Team Leader or Customer Service Team Leader looking for your next challenge? I am working with a client to recruit an Internal Sales Team Leader to manage and develop a high-performing sales team based in Normanton. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach, motivate and support a team, with plans for future growth.

What you'll be doing Leading, coaching and developing an internal sales team Conducting regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews Monitoring KPIs and team activity Carrying out call listening and quality monitoring Supporting the team in identifying sales opportunities Driving customer retention and account growth Ensuring CRM and internal systems are updated accurately Developing product knowledge across the team Supporting the achievement of sales and profitability targets What we're looking for Previous experience managing a sales, contact centre or customer service team Strong coaching and people development skills Experience managing KPIs and performance targets Excellent communication and leadership abilities Comfortable working across multiple systems and CRM platforms Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
