We’re hiring Production Operatives to join a busy plastics manufacturing site in Woolston.

About the Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll play an essential role in the manufacturing process, helping to keep production running smoothly and safely.
Your duties will include:

* Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery

* Carrying out basic quality and safety checks

* Reporting any faults or issues promptly

* Following strict health & safety and quality standards

* Working as part of a close-knit team to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operating role (preferred but not essential – full training provided)

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Reliability and ability to work 12-hour shifts

* A positive, team-focused attitude

Working Hours

You’ll work on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, giving you a consistent schedule and plenty of time off.

* Day shifts: 6:00am – 6:00pm (four days on, then four days off)

* Night shifts: 6:00pm – 6:00am (four nights on, then four nights off)

This rotating pattern offers a great work life balance and steady, predictable hours every week.
