Assembly Technician

Our client develops advanced electric propulsion and smart marine systems for commercial, leisure and autonomous vessels.

Due to continuous growth, they are looking for hands‑on Assembly Technicians to support assembly, testing and commissioning activities.
Marine experience is not essential. Candidates from automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, motor sport or other technical assembly environments are encouraged to apply.

• Assemble mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems
• Support testing and commissioning
• Maintain high workshop and quality standards
• Assist with production and process improvements

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Basic electrical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup/scale up environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
