• Permanent night shifts operating on a 4 on, 4 off rotation.
• Hours:
  
  12‑hour shifts from 18:00 to 06:00 (6:00 pm – 6:00 am).
• Training Period:
  First week dedicated training schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

• Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour.
• Punctuality Bonus:
  Extra £50 per week for returning from breaks on time and being ready at the workstation at the start of every shift.
