Job Title: Machine Operative
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Hours: 6:00pm – 6:00am (Nights)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Job DescriptionMachine Operative required for a 4 on / 4 off night shift role operating a large machine printing on plastics. This is a hands‑on role in a smelly manufacturing environment and includes machine cleaning.
Key Responsibilities- Operating large printing machinery
- Printing on plastic materials
- Carrying out quality checks
- Cleaning machines and work area
- Following health and safety procedures
- Machine or manufacturing experience preferred
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a smelly environment
- Able to work 12‑hour night shifts
- Canteen
- On-site parking
- Temp to perm
- Uniform provided
- £50 weekly bonus if targets are met
