40 hours over 4 days  Overtime Available Shift Pattern Rotating shifts: 6:00am 3:00pm 7:00am 4:00pm Fridays available as overtime CNC Miller Jobs | CNC Operator | Heidenhain Programmer Are you an experienced CNC Miller , CNC Machine Operator , or CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator looking to join a precision engineering company offering a four-day working week and regular overtime? We are recruiting for an experienced CNC professional to join our clients growing manufacturing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with large, high-value components using advanced CNC machinery in a modern precision engineering environment.

The Role You'll be responsible for programming, setting and operating a large universal bed-type milling machine with a 4.5-metre table using Heidenhain iTNC 530 controls . Working from engineering drawings, you'll produce high-quality precision-machined components while maintaining excellent standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Program, set and operate a large CNC bed-type milling machine. Machine precision components to engineering drawings and customer specifications. Use Heidenhain iTNC 530 controls . Carry out machine set-ups and tool changes. Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a safe and organised working environment. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines. About You Looking for someone with experience as a: CNC Miller CNC Operator CNC Programmer CNC Setter CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator Precision Machinist Manual Machinist You'll also have:
Experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines. Previous experience using Heidenhain controls (iTNC 530 preferred). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. A proactive and reliable approach to work.

Desirable Experience operating a manual centre lathe . Experience machining large components. Background in precision engineering or heavy engineering.
