The Role:

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client's busy industrial bakery in Workington . This will lead to a permanent role for the right candidates. Shift Patterns available: (Let us know which shift works best for you!) 6:00am 2:00pm 2:00pm 10:00pm 10:00pm - 06:00am Pay Rate: £24,800 per annum There are also opportunities for overtime, giving you the chance to increase your earnings.

What Youll Be Doing Working in a fast-paced bakery production environment Preparing, packing, and handling products on busy production lines Ensuring products meet our high quality and food safety standards Working as part of a supportive and friendly team Staying active and engaged throughout your shift Experience Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage but not essential.
