Production Operative

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our friendly and supportive Production Team. No previous manufacturing experience? No problem! Full training is provided, so if you have a positive attitude, enjoy hands-on work and are keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Working Hours
 
* Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
 
* Friday: 9:00am – 2:30pm (start your weekend early!)
 
* 37 hours per week
 
* Overtime available
Salary
£23,492 per annum
Plus commission and an attendance bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you’ll play an important role in manufacturing high-quality electronic products. Your responsibilities will include:
 
* Assembling electronic products and components
 
* Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
 
* Following manufacturing processes and health & safety procedures
 
* Working collaboratively as part of a busy and supportive production team
 
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Previous production, assembly or factory experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential as full training will be provided.
