Cooper Vision is seeking a proactive manufacturing team supervisor in the Southampton area to lead a production team, ensure customer requirements are met, and drive quality and efficiency in line with SOPs and work instructions.
You will develop teammates, manage workloads, report on performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives while upholding health and safety standards and key compliance requirements such as ISO and FDA guidelines.
