Tip Top Job is seeking a CNC Machine Shop Lead to join an International Defence Systems company. The role ensures safe, efficient shift operations and reliable processes, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.
The successful candidate will manage performance, develop a skilled team, and drive continuous improvement across safety, people, products and procedures. This is a full-time permanent position with a strong hourly rate and a 50 uplift for shift allowance.
