The Role
* Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient running
* Working across all areas of the factory as required
* Reporting machine faults and maintenance issues promptly
* Complete training on all functions of the machine operative grade The Candidate
* Previous experience as a Machine Operative
* Ability to work independently and use own initiative
* Strong communication skills
* Able to follow instructions and work towards production targets and deadlines What's in it for you? *£14.02 per hour 25% shift allowance - paid weekly
