Responsibilities
- Supporting the CRM Manager – Campaigns in delivering highly personalized, creative communications to our database.
- Managing execution of CRM communications (email and direct mail) as per the yearly plan.
- Owning audience data selections for Email (EM) and Direct Mail (DM), with support of internal Data Team.
- Working closely with internal designers to brief DM design and EM build.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
This role is positioned at CUK
10 level within our organisation and is available on a full‑time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
- Ability to manage campaign details and coordinate with creative teams.
- Interest in data and analytics for audience selection and reporting.
- Strong PC literacy skills especially with spreadsheets and presentations.
- Previous experience of working with data and agencies would be beneficial but is not essential. A proactive approach and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Creative mindset for visual and message development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
