As Marketing Executive
, you’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Senior Marketing Manager to bring bold, creative campaigns to life—across both B2C and B2B audiences via digital and print channels. From crafting impactful consumer and trade events to shaping compelling marketing strategies, you’ll be at the heart of initiatives that inspire and engage.
You’ll collaborate with passionate sales, marketing, and commercial teams worldwide to deliver our UK strategy, achieve ambitious growth targets, and strengthen brand recognition—all while keeping our loyal customers at the centre of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead bold, 360° campaigns across digital and print channels, partnering with top‑tier media to ensure every initiative delivers maximum impact for the brand.
- Shape creative direction by crafting compelling briefs, curating standout content, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate globally with our US creative team and UK designers to produce eye‑catching collateral tailored for the UK & Ireland markets—acting as a true brand guardian.
- Drive engagement and results through targeted direct marketing campaigns that connect with our UK audience and deliver measurable commercial success.
- Analyse and optimise performance, using data‑driven insights to refine strategies and embrace a test‑and‑learn approach for continuous improvement.
- Inspire and align the wider Holland America team, sharing updates on consumer‑led marketing activity to keep everyone motivated and focused on making an impact.
This role is positioned at CUK
10 level within our organisation and is available on a full‑time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
- Experience of planning, building and deploying Email campaigns.
- Proven experience in crafting creative briefs and executing go‑to‑market strategies.
- Strong project management capabilities to keep fast‑paced initiatives on track.
- HTML experience desirable.
- Solid understanding of paid media planning and execution.
- Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools (preferred).
- Marketing degree or equivalent is desirable.
- A passionate marketing mindset with fresh, creative ideas.
