Sounds great!? What will you do in your role…
This role will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, with a strong focus on nurturing the relationship with clients. The successful candidate will be supported by our delivery and project teams as well as senior managers to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
We are also looking for an individual with an attention to detail, and quirky ideas, who will be a strong team player and eager to learn and can grasp new information quickly.
What you will be responsible for…- Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
- Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
- Previous experience in a marketing agency for at least 2 years (with a mix of digital and traditional marketing expertise) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a passion for contributing to business growth.
- Familiarity with soft sales techniques and relationship-based selling strategies.
- Competitive Salary – £28,000 – £30,000 plus bonuses
- 28 Days of Holiday, inclusive of Public Bank Holidays
- 2 Days annually to be spent on charity work in the local community

- Company Mobile Phone & Laptop
You would be required to work Monday to Thursday and on Fridays, equating to 37.5 hours per week.
There are occasions when you would be required to work outside of these hours and on weekends.
