Job Overview
Develop and implement effective marketing communications programs across traditional and digital channels to consumers. Execute the marketing plan within established time frames and budgets. Lead end‑to‑end management of integrated marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal departments to source relevant products, offers, messaging and creative to support campaign activity. Manage purchase orders, invoicing and budget reconciliation to ensure marketing activities are delivered on monthly budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Regent offices in the US and Australia. Provide copywriting and editing support for marketing collateral and produce a variety of sales support materials on time and within budget. Coordinate and manage print marketing activity with designers and third‑party print management companies. Undertake special ad‑hoc projects as required.

- Work with internal departments to source relevant products, offers, messaging and creative to support campaign activity
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing and budget reconciliation to ensure marketing activities are delivered to budget on a monthly basis and support the wider team with budget inputs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders including the Regent offices in US & Australia, and provide expert advice, support and services as required
- Copywrite and edit marketing collateral including brochures and direct mail
- Produce a variety of sales support materials (brochures, flyers, merchandise) on time and to budget
- Coordinate and manage print marketing activity with designers and third‑party print management company
- Execute special ad‑hoc projects as required
- Highly‑motivated team player with a tertiary qualification in marketing or tourism and a minimum of 1 year of marketing experience
- Creative skills and diligent focus on execution, with a passion for travel
- Background or experience in the travel industry is advantageous
- Experience with a large multi‑national organisation considered desirable
- Proven experience executing marketing campaigns within time frames and budgets
- Strong marketing planning and project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Workfront and Salesforce is an advantage
