Zachary Daniels Recruitement is partnering with a fast-growing D2C brand to recruit a Senior CRM Executive in Southampton. The role is hybrid and focuses on planning, building and optimising customer communications across email, SMS and owned channels to drive engagement and revenue.
You will work with Performance, Brand and Ecommerce teams to leverage customer insights, segmentation and data to improve engagement, retention and CLV across markets, taking ownership during peak trading periods.
