Contract: 2-year fixed term with 6-month probation

About the Role

Are you a passionate disciple of Jesus with a heart for young people? Do you long to see lives transformed, hope restored, and freedom found in Jesus? We are seeking a Youth Lead to develop and grow our vibrant youth ministry at St Wins. In this role, you will:

Lead our vision to disciple 11–18 year olds

Create engaging programmes for young people

Mentor and support youth in their faith journey

Pioneer youth mission initiatives in Totton and Southampton
