The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust is shaping a wilder future for our counties – protecting special places, restoring habitats and inspiring people to act for nature. We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Lead to advance our corporate and partnership fundraising and support nature’s recovery across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Responsibilities- Lead all operational aspects of corporate engagement and fundraising, inputting into strategy with the Senior Manager of Philanthropy & Partnerships.
- Manage corporate membership, partnerships, philanthropy and social‑value funding, including development of funding proposals for new and existing supporters.
- Build, steward and grow a portfolio of mid‑ and high‑value business relationships.
- Act as a champion for corporate fundraising across the Trust, collaborating with colleagues on nature‑based solutions and green‑finance income generation opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on corporate income streams and partnership outcomes.
- Outstanding communicator with proven experience in new business development and high‑quality account management.
- Track record of building and managing business relationships, driving income growth and delivering results in a fundraising environment.
- Proactive, positive and confident fundraiser who can lead across a range of corporate income streams.

Hybrid and Flexible WorkingThis role will be based at our office in Curdridge, but we are happy to accommodate a hybrid working routine that suits both the candidate and the Trust. Traditional office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm with an hour lunch break. While we offer hybrid working, full home working is not available for this role.
