Get Hired is seeking a Young Carers Support Coordinator (Volunteering Lead) for Winchester, Hampshire. This hybrid, part-time role (30 hours/week, Wed/Thu) leads the Young Carers Exploration Programme for ages 8–17 and coordinates a team of volunteers to deliver a wide range of activities.
You will support safeguarding and policy adherence, manage volunteer recruitment and training, and record interventions in the database, while collaborating with partners and funders to raise awareness.
