Change Grow Live is seeking a Team Leader for the Drug & Alcohol Response Team (DART) in West Sussex. You will lead an outreach team delivering harm reduction, access to treatment and wraparound support to rough sleepers and those using substances.
You will manage the rollout and ongoing delivery of the service, travel across the county, and work within a multi-disciplinary framework to reduce homelessness and engage individuals into care.
