Stepnell is seeking a Social Value Manager to own project social value delivery and lead local community engagement. You will bridge our Sustainability and Social Value strategy with practical site-level action while managing relationships with authorities, schools, charities, and suppliers.
You will also act as a Specialist Lead in a designated SSV area, driving best practice and ensuring consistent delivery across sites. Travel across regional sites is expected.
