Change Grow Live's Horizon Blackpool OASIS Team is hiring a Recovery Coordinator to support adults facing multiple disadvantages, including homelessness and substance misuse. You'll work in a multi-agency setting, building trust and delivering coordinated, person-centred support to help individuals stabilise their circumstances and improve wellbeing.
Based in Blackpool, the role is full-time (37.5 hours) on a permanent basis.
