University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust will welcome an enthusiastic Band 5 Registered Nurse with interest in Urodynamics and Benign Urology to join our Urology Centre.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high quality, patient-centred care in an outpatient setting and have the opportunity to develop specialist skills through structured training.

• Provide nursing care in the Urology Outpatient setting.
• Participate in Urodynamics and Benign Urology clinics.
• Attend Monday – Friday 07:30–18:00 shifts (shift pattern can be discussed).
• Engage in educational and developmental activities to support your career in Urology outpatients.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver evidence‑based care and manage infection control.

• Qualified nurse (degree/diploma) with registration on the appropriate part of the NHS register.
• Knowledge of current issues within the acute health service and personal accountability.
• Evidence of teaching/supervising learners in practice and awareness of evidence‑based practice.
• Experience or qualification in a relevant specialty, with recent study and ongoing personal development.
• Ability to use initiative and manage infection control responsibilities.

Depending on experience – pro rata, per annum.
