We re seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to work as a Community Complex Case Manager to join a dedicated service supporting children with complex health needs in the community.
Key Requirements
- Strong complex care background
- Tracheostomy experience is essential
- Driver required
- Salary negotiable, depending on experience
