• Coordinate the daily care of residents, collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with GPs and other external providers.
• Provide high‑quality nursing care, including acute interventions, wound care, diabetes management, and stroke care.
• Support residents’ physical and mental wellbeing, ensuring a personalised and dignified experience.
• Participate in continual learning and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

• NMC registration (RGN or RMN) and post‑registration experience in a similar setting.
• Preferable experience working in a care‑home or elderly setting.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality care and a desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passion and empathy for the care of older adults.
