Bursledon House is a unique specialist unit within Southampton Children’s Hospital, providing care and support for children and young people with complex health needs.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team.

This is more than a nursing role. It is an opportunity to lead a team that helps children achieve their potential, supports families through challenging journeys, and delivers truly child‑centred care in a welcoming and therapeutic environment.
