We’re looking for friendly, proactive Registered General Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person-centred care, lead Health Care Assistants, and help create a warm, homely environment for everyone in the home.
** Your Role
*** Deliver hands-on nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs
* Lead, support and mentor Health Care Assistants
* Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with safety regulations
* Foster a positive, homely environment in line with
** Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care
*** Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain high standards
** About You
** We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Hold a valid
** NMC registration
*** Have experience in a care home or similar nursing setting
* Are kind, professional, and proactive
* Have strong leadership and communication skills
