Health & Safety Site Lead– Job Summary
Ocean Infinity is seeking a Health & Safety Site Lead to provide local health and safety leadership across Ocean Infinity’s onshore working environments, including offices, warehouses, labs, workshops and other managed sites. Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, the role ensures workplace risks are identified, controlled and escalated appropriately; supports site leaders and managers to meet their health and safety obligations; and helps create safe, compliant and well‑managed working environments for employees, contractors and visitors.

This is a site‑based operational health and safety leadership role; it does not own the enterprise HSEQ framework or act as a delivery‑facing HSEQ advisor for project mobilisation or campaign execution. The role focuses on workplace and facilities safety, with clear boundaries from offshore operations, project HSEQ delivery, and corporate framework ownership.
