Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Quality Manager to support the Southern Region.

Location:

Southampton.

Hours:

Permanent – 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Support the pre‑construction and operational delivery teams with QA compliance and manage the areas of quality throughout all the projects.
  • Ensure the implementation of a right first‑time approach in quality management and specification compliance.
  • Manage compliance and operational aspects of Quality Control Systems, including auditing, risk management, investigations, complaint handling, report writing, and quality‑related training.
  • Implement and monitor ISO accredited integrated management systems, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify concerns, support contract teams to deliver improvements, analyze root causes of defects and nonconformities, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive improvements in Performance Excellence, always striving for better outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system standards.
  • Workspace initiative, proactive, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Ability to balance tasks and responsibilities to complete all work in a timely manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full driving licence.
