As Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered in line with company standards, client specifications, and industry regulations. You will work closely with site teams, management, and clients to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Proven experience in a Quality / QA role within groundworks, civil engineering, or construction
Strong understanding of QA processes, inspections, and compliance

Experience with site audits and documentation management
Knowledge of ISO standards (desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and across multiple sites
