Quality Manager

Quality Manager - Southampton - Electronics / Automotive We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join an innovative technology company based in Fareham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving and developing quality systems within a growing business focused on cutting-edge hardware, software and firmware products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the companys Quality Assurance systems alongside the engineering team Act as the lead contact for QA-related customer activities including pre-sales support, certifications, production quality and failure analysis Support audits, management reviews and customer feedback processes, ensuring actions are completed effectively Maintain and improve the Business Management System and associated documentation Prepare and manage internal and external audit schedules Create, revise and maintain procedures, forms and work instructions Prepare quality documentation, reports and statistical analysis

Skills & Experience Required:

Degree qualified in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related technical discipline ISO 9001 accreditation and strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems Experience implementing and developing quality or business management systems Proven experience leading internal and external QA audits ISO 9001 internal auditor accreditation Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
