About Us
A family‑owned business, established in 1980, NVD was set up to assist vehicle manufacturers in the timely and incident free distribution of their products. We’ve established ourselves as a one stop shop providing the three main pillars of outbound logistics, including transporting, storing and enhancing our customers’ vehicles, prior to delivery to their end location. Since 1980 NVD has been at the forefront of pioneering the digitisation of the FVL industry.
As early adopters of emerging technology we have been able to introduce huge efficiencies saving time and money for our customers. Our unwavering commitment to progress and continual service improvement remains at the heart of our business today.
The QHSE Officer is a key tactical role designed to support the Health and Safety Manager in maintaining a robust safety culture and upholding exceptional quality standards across our logistics, workshop, and processing sites. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high‑level compliance strategy and on‑the‑ground operational excellence, with a heavy emphasis on developing, coordinating, and delivering engaging QHSE training to our teams.
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of our integrated management systems (covering Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment), conducting site audits, monitoring workshop quality controls, and acting as a primary point of contact for frontline staff to ensure a "timely, quality‑driven, and incident‑free" environment.
