An exciting new opportunity for a graduate lettings negotiator role has come up! It is with a boutique independent estate agency based in Putney. They pride ourselves on delivering a highly personalised service and building genuine relationships with our clients.

Putney, London Salary: £28,000 basic salary plus monthly incentives OTE -£40,000 Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:40am – 6:00pm Every other Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm They are looking for An enthusiastic and people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Conducting property viewings
• Matching applicants to suitable properties
• Negotiating offers and progressing deals
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Completing associated paperwork and compliance requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the team environment Candidate Requirements
