End of Tenancy Consultant - Part Time

We are currently looking for an End of Tenancy Consultant to join our Southampton office on a 12-month fixed-term, part-time contract
. The role will involve working 24hours per week
, ideally across five days, although we can offer some flexibility. The salary is £27,500 pro rata
.

• Manage end-of-tenancy documentation, including inventories, check-outs and deposit refunds.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and cleaning ahead of re-letting.
• Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants throughout the process.
• Support deposit disputes and related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate property records and document damage or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

• Experience in property management or the UK rental sector is preferred.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant UK property legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
