• Experience with in market research, audience measurement, panel management or data collection environments.
• Experience supporting research participants, customers or consumers.
• Knowledge of media consumption measurement technologies.
• Experience using research, CRM or panel management systems.
• Familiarity with data quality monitoring and reporting processes.
• Understanding of the media, technology or communications industry.
• Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
