We are recruiting a full‑time Restaurant Supervisor to work 38 hours per week, including alternate weekends, at West End Garden Centre, Southampton, Hampshire, United Kingdom.

Supporting the Restaurant Manager, you will lead the department by ensuring excellent customer service, high‑quality food standards, and a professional presentation.

• Pro‑actively supervise department staffing levels.
• Supervise operational performance against key performance indicators.
• Ensure all security procedures are adhered to.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to company requirements.

This role suits a self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be proactive, energetic, detail‑oriented, organized, and flexible in a busy, fast‑paced environment. Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor is essential.
